10′ x 30′ are actually 12′ wide and 13′ tall inside and rents for $215 per month plus tax.
12′ x 30′ and are 14′ wide and over 14′ tall inside and rents for $245 per month plus tax.

On-Site Boat Launch and Trailer Parking
Crystal Cove Resort has daily on-site parking for boat trailers and oversized RV’s. A newly expanded dock system includes remodeled boat slips up to 70 ft. long, as well a 4 wide concrete boat ramp providing easy access to the beautiful St. Johns River.
The launching fee is $10.00. Our Dockmaster as well Dockhand are on duty from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM seven days a week to assist as needed.
